Prohibited methods of trapping wolves. (a) A person may not use a snare with the intent of trapping a wolf. (b) A person may not posses, purchase, sell, or offer to sell the skin of a wolf known by the person to have been caught with a snare. (c) A person who violates this section is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.”
