Notice of Candidacy Filing Deadline

May 30, 2024 (ANCHORAGE, AK) – Saturday June 1, 2024, is the filing deadline for State and Statewide offices. Division of Elections offices will be open and staffed on June 1^st so that candidates can file on the day of the deadline. Filings received after the deadline of 5:00 pm on June 1, 2024, will not be certified. Please plan and prepare for this deadline.

Financial disclosures must be filed before declarations to the division. Please note that APOC will NOT be open on June 1.

Candidates for Judicial offices have a separate deadline of August 1, 2024.
