Absentee Register	Electronic or a printed list of voters who have requested an absentee ballot. Includes name, ascension number, district, precinct, ballot mailing address, application type/status, date application was received, date ballot was sent, and date ballot was received from the voter. Weekly, then daily upates to the above list will be available prior to the Primary and General Elections at no charge. Candidate's "Filing for Office Handbook"	Includes the process of filing for candidacy in the Primary Election with election laws pertaining to Party Candidates filing by Declaration, No-Party Candidates filing by Nominating Petition, and Judicial Retention Candidates. Filing forms are provided as well as information regarding the Official Election Pamphlet, campaign advertising, political signs, and administrative regulations concerning complaints regarding the eligibility of a candidate. Candidate List	List of all certified candidates by election. Includes name, address, phone numbers, party, date of filing and if incumbent.	Upon request	No charge
Community District List	Alphabetical list of place names in Alaska with house and senate district designations for each community listed. The internet document also allows you to contact your legislators by taking you to their web site information.	Upon request Also available on our web site.	No charge
Copies	Copies of public information are available. Public information is defined as voter name, residence address, mailing address, voter registration dates, voter history, and political party affiliation. Geographic Information File (GIF) List	List of street names with district and precinct information.	Upon prepaid request	$10/district; $110 statewide
Maps	District maps for all 40 districts on the internet. Maps Precinct maps are available at the Regional Elections offices Wall maps are available through the Department of Natural Resources. Media Packet	Booklet contains sample summaries of election night returns with sections regarding registered voters, voter turnout, ballot measures, counting and certification of election results, and other information of interest to the media for the Primary and General Elections. *"Official Election Pamphlet"*	Pamphlet provides information on candidates, judges, issues, and propositions to appear on the General Election ballot. Petition Information	Instructions for Initiative, Referendum, and Recall petitions. Historical information is also available for initiatives, referendums, bond issues, and constitutional amendments. Petition Signers Report	Provides the name, address ascension number, voter qualification status and district of petition signers. Only available for petitions that have gone through signature verification. Available in printed copy or on CD. Petition Sponsor and Statistics Report	List provides petition statistics, sponsor's name and ascension number, number of booklets issued to each sponsor, the number of booklets returned to Elections for signature verification, and number of signers and their qualification status. "Number of Registered Voters" Report	Report of number of registered voters, sorted by party affiliation. Totals given for each precinct, district, and region, as well as statewide. Voter List - Paper or Electronic	List of registered voters including name, ascension number, residence address, mailing address, district, precinct, party affiliation, sex, and 10 years of voter history. House and Senate district lists are also available by electronic mail or on disk.	Upon prepaid request	5 per precinct; $20 per house district. $160 for statewide paper report (includes shipping and handling) or $178 for statewide list on CD (includes CD, shipping, handling).
