Absentee Register Electronic or a printed list of voters who have requested an absentee ballot. Includes name, ascension number, district, precinct, ballot mailing address, application type/status, date application was received, date ballot was sent, and date ballot was received from the voter.

Weekly, then daily upates to the above list will be available prior to the Primary and General Elections at no charge.

Candidate's "Filing for Office Handbook" Includes the process of filing for candidacy in the Primary Election with election laws pertaining to Party Candidates filing by Declaration, No-Party Candidates filing by Nominating Petition, and Judicial Retention Candidates. Filing forms are provided as well as information regarding the Official Election Pamphlet, campaign advertising, political signs, and administrative regulations concerning complaints regarding the eligibility of a candidate. Copies Copies of public information are available. Public information is defined as voter name, residence address, mailing address, voter registration dates, voter history, and political party affiliation. Petition Signers Report Provides the name, address ascension number, voter qualification status and district of petition signers. Only available for petitions that have gone through signature verification. Available in printed copy or on CD. Petition Sponsor and Statistics Report List provides petition statistics, sponsor's name and ascension number, number of booklets issued to each sponsor, the number of booklets returned to Elections for signature verification, and number of signers and their qualification status. Petition Status Report Status report regarding active petitions. Upon request
