Federal Registration and Absentee Information

As a U.S. citizen that resided in Alaska prior to leaving the United States, you are eligible to register to vote as a federal overseas voter and participate in the election process by absentee ballot for federal elections only. To obtain the federal overseas absentee by mail application to register to vote as a federal overseas voter and/or request absentee by mail ballots for federal races, please e-mail, call or write the Absentee & Petition office at:
