STATEMENT:

The challenges facing Alaska require experience, hard work, an ability to make tough decisions and a willingness to stand up for the interests of the average Alaskan.

I have worked with my neighbors to accomplish many good things for our area - school improvements, less crime, the new Mt. View Community Center - but more needs to be done.

That's why I am running for a second full term in the State Senate. I have run a positive, people-oriented campaign with three major goals:

  1. GOOD JOBS - Jobs and small business opportunities for all our citizens.
  2. BETTER SCHOOLS - Our education system, from Pre-School to University, can and must be the best in the world.
  3. SAFE STREETS - Every citizen, young and old, has the right to feel safe.
My "PLAN FOR ALASKA'S FUTURE" includes:
I am optimistic about Alaska's future. But I need your help to turn these ideas into action! I will work hard and always remember that I work for you. I would appreciate your vote.

Thank you!

P.S. I voted against the "Lyda Green Bailout Bill," and in favor of giving you the right to vote on subsistence.
