OTHER:
I am a third-generation Alaskan. Born in Fairbanks, raised in Nenana. My first semester at UAF got my draft notice and enlisted in the Air Force. After five years service, worked with Dad in Nenana Fuel Co. until I met Luann. Through the course of time we married and settled in Fairbanks. We built our log cabin together and raised our three children. We have both been very active in our faith. I've served the community through Church jail ministries, family biblical counseling, teaching adult classes to strengthen families and the Pastor's assistant. I am a Constitutionalist and a conservative Republican.

STATEMENT:

I have lived in Alaska all my life, which is 48 years and in District 32 for fourteen years. I have a great respect for our constitutional form of government. I am grateful for all the people that have spent their lives to protect and guide this great land. I am committed that their sacrifices will not go in vain.

Each generation must take responsibility for the keeping of sound government for their time and for the next generation. I want to represent the people of District 32, while helping keep our government a lean and efficient servant.

Let's keep Equal rights for all Alaskans. The subsistence issue is better resolved in Alaska by Alaskans for All Alaskans, with respect for each other and willingness to share in good harvest management. Without amending our State constitution.

Let's respect all persons' right to life. I am pro-life.

Let's guarantee freedom of religion, not freedom from religion.

I will defend the right to keep and bear arms.

Parents have the first responsibility in their child's education, let's protect their right to choose how and where.

Let's protect the Permanent Fund. It's your money!

Strong Families are the health of our society. Let's support them where we can, hold them accountable where we must, and not assume their responsibilities through government agencies.

I have strong convictions, but also a deep respect for those that I share this land with. I am ready to serve you in the State Legislature. Please Vote.
