Absentee In Person Voting

Absentee in person voting begins 15 days before an election and continues through election day in many locations.
General Information
Federal and State Elections:
In person absentee voting for federal and state elections begins 15 days before each election day and continues through election day at absentee voting sites throughout the State of Alaska. Absentee voting sites may have all 40 house district ballots, multiple house district ballots or a single house district ballot available depending upon the community.

Regional Education Attendance Area & Costal Resource Service Area (REAA/CRSA):
For those areas in unincorporated areas of Alaska in which local school board elections are conducted by the Division of Elections, in person absentee voting begins 15 days before election day and continues through election day at designated absentee voting sites.
