PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY: The statutes of the State of Alaska do not provide for access to the Primary Election ballot for candidates for President and Vice President of the United States and Alaska does not conduct a presidential primary. Candidates for President and Vice President are only on Alaska's General Election ballot.
